VA Disability Paralegal

Hardison & Cochran Law Firm is looking for a qualified Paralegal for its Fayetteville office.

Qualification & Skill Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in managing veteran disability claims, reviewing military service documents gathering supporting evidence, drafting legal arguments, and communicating with clients, all while navigating the complex regulations of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to maximize the chances of a successful claim
• Have effective multitasking skills to properly organize and handle tasks for the attorney.
• Maintain a professional demeanor with strong written and oral communication skills in a fast-paced environment
• Have knowledgeable computer skills. Be able to proficiently navigate Microsoft products including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Software proficiency and highly accurate document production skills are essential.
• Be the liaison between clients, attorneys, and any other involved parties. Must have the ability to communicate effectively in order to ensure accurate information is given to and received by all parties.
