What are the responsibilities and job description for the International Logistics Spec position at Hardy Diagnostics?

The International Logistics Specialist works in support of the administration of documents and processes for the International Sales Department and assists in logistics support with customer service and shipping. This position will be the International Department’s resident expert regarding regulatory document execution, contract management, pricing management, marketing projects, reporting, and requirements exporting products. Other duties include but are not limited to:
- Facilitates Annual Distribution Agreements on behalf of International Sales team.
- Administrates Bi-Annual and Annual customer comprehensive reports for Distributor accounts.
- Supports and facilitates pricing strategies annually.
- Manages department ClickUp spaces and ensures proper project management progression.
- Works with Shipping Department to determine appropriate packaging protocols in support of International shipments.
- Establishes procedures to support GSA Global Supply Orders.
- Understands and documents customs requirements affecting distribution agreement partners
High School Diploma, or G.E.D, plus one to two years related experience and/or training is required. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Microsoft Exchange and Salesforce.
