What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reagent Technician I position at Hardy Diagnostics?
We are looking for another dedicated person to join us. We have an immediate opening for a full time Reagent Technician I at our headquarters in Santa Maria, CA (Monday - Friday 3:00 pm - 1:30 am). The Reagent Technician's responsibilities include:
- Labeling and packaging Reagent products,
- Operating the Dilu-Lok machine or producing Reagent product,
- Proper cleaning of the production area and equipment,
- Printing and checking labels for Reagent products,
- Weighing our powders for use in Reagent producing using appropriate PPE.
Must be able to diligently follow verbal instructions and written documents such as safety rules and standard operating procedures. Must be well organized and possess excellent number and character recognition skills. Must be able to lift, push, and pull 70 pounds, work from a ladder, and stand throughout the entire shift (excluding breaks). A high school diploma or GED is required.
