Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and an eye for detail, making sure every vehicle meets our quality expectations before it reaches the customer.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, buffing exteriors, paint correction, and scratch removal.
- Detail interiors by vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and cleaning upholstery.
- Assess each vehicle before and after detail.
- Provide client with knowledge about certain products/chemicals being used.
- Drive vehicles safely within the premises for cleaning and detailing purposes.
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or issues that may need attention.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with detailing services.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is preferred but not required. (3 years reccommened)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Familiarity with car wash techniques and equipment.
- Knowledge of buffing techniques and products used in vehicle detailing.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license is required to operate vehicles safely.
- Attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards in vehicle presentation.
