NOVA (Northern VA) Brand Ambassador

Hardywood is seeking highly motivated brand ambassadors who have a passion and excitement for the craft beer industry and want to share it with others!

A Hardywood Brand Ambassador is a 1099 contract position. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for promoting Hardywood Park Craft Brewery beers and breweries to a wide array of consumers at on premise (bars/events) and off premise (grocery chains) accounts. Your duties will include learning and understanding the Hardywood core brand portfolio and its offerings, attending events, restaurants, store samplings, and product launches. The Hardywood Brand Ambassador will report consumer feedback within the market to the Hardywood Sales Execution Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Calling account 2 days prior to tasting to ensure what is being sampled is in stock
• Conducting 3 hour tastings in grocery chains
• Tasting table setup/breakdown
• Engaging with consumers and sharing Hardywood brand knowledge
• Make notes of consumer feedback/# of people sampling
  
  

Requirements

• Must be 21 years old
• Strong communication skills - you will be communicating with store managers and Hardywood’s Sales Execution Coordinator
• Self Motivated - willing to learn more about Hardywood brands
• Problem-solver - able to think on their feet
• Personable - comfortable finding common ground with consumers
• Organized - able to keep notes and feedback to share with SEC
• Punctual/Reliable - show up to tastings/events on time
