Duties

- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to maintain optimal stock levels and quality of ingredients.
- Utilize POS systems for efficient transaction processing and reporting.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management within the food industry. (1 year)
- Strong knowledge of Restaurant operations and kitchen experience (1 year)
- Familiarity with POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop staff effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in operational processes.
