Reporting to the Associate VP for Student Development, the role ensures policy compliance, protects the academic mission, and fosters student growth.
Key responsibilities include leading the Student Intervention and Prevention (SIP) Team , co-chairing the Care Team , handling student conduct cases, responding to students in distress, and managing the student code and well-being database. The position also collaborates with Accessibility and Student Well-Being to connect students with essential resources and oversees the Student Conduct Review Board .
Additional duties involve supervising staff, coordinating training, developing educational programming, and maintaining online content.
Qualifications :
- Master’s degree in student personnel administration, higher education, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in behavioral counseling, student conduct, or related fields in a college setting
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Proficiency in case management , student conduct policies , and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication , training facilitation , and service coordination skills
- Knowledge of due process rights , student development theories , and case management software
