Job Title: Construction Manager
Description: As a Construction Manager, you will oversee and coordinate multiple high-profile projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role offers a dynamic, hands-on opportunity to collaborate with talented teams of contractors, engineers, architects, and clients to shape the future of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Selects, contracts, and oversees specialized contractors (e.g., painting, plumbing).


• Supervises contractors and subcontractors to ensure all work aligns with quality standards and project specifications.


• Actively participates in all aspects of construction, including project meetings and planning discussions.


• Proactively brings together the project team to address issues and facilitate seamless communication.


• Drives achievement of key project milestones, proactively resolving delays and project impediments.


• Leads initial project planning, working with clients, architects, and engineers to outline job scope, resources, and materials.


• Schedules and coordinates projects in logical steps and allocates time to meet each deadline.


• Prepares and submits budget estimates, providing regular updates to clients on budget status.


• Ensures projects remain on budget; makes adjustments as needed when issues arise.



• Manages contract negotiations, revisions, and compliance.


• Collaborates with clients, contractors, and design professionals to resolve work procedure or construction issues.


• Leads responses to project delays, weather challenges, and emergencies on-site.


• Buids and maintains strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.


• Performs other related duties as assigned.
