What You'll Be Doing
Job Summary
Primary Responsibilities :
- Design and Engineering : Develop complete control system designs, including automation system architecture, control system installation specifications, and preliminary designs. Ensure designs are user-friendly, maintainable, and meet client expectations.
- Project Management : Operate as a technical lead or team member on projects, producing estimates, coordinating with staff, and managing scope and design changes.
- Technical Guidance : Mentor junior engineers and specialists, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to department standards.
- Field Work : Provide on-site assistance during startup and gather data for control system configurations.
- Documentation : Review and check vendor and fabrication drawings, create accurate installation documents, and develop work sharing packages.
- Collaboration : Consult with design leaders from other disciplines, advising on design or scope changes, and ensuring smooth project completion.
