What You'll Be Doing
Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
- Developing a site specific construction safety plan that is in concert with all OSHA standards and owner policies / procedures.
- Developing / delivering contractor orientation presentations and daily safety chats as required.
- Assisting contractors with daily completion of JHA's.
- Conducting daily inspections of contractor work activities to ensure compliance with all OSHA standards, client policies / procedures, and safe work practices.
- Providing contractors with direction and support in safe work practices in order to ensure zero incidents / injuries.
- Any activity required that will help ensure zero incidents / injuries.
Below is the range that we in good faith believe is the potential compensation for this role at the time of this posting and is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California. The typical base salary range for this position is just one component of Hargrove's total compensation package for Teammates. Actual compensation will be based on education, experience, skill set and location.
Minimum Salary : $130,000 annually
Maximum Salary : $210,000 annually
Ideal Background
Education : Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Public Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene or related field from an accredited university is preferred.
Certification : Certified Safety Professional (CSP) is preferred.
Experience : This position requires 7 years of relevant construction safety management required.
