What You'll Be Doing

Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

• Logistics Management : Oversee the coordination of material and equipment deliveries to and from the project site, ensuring timely and efficient logistics operations to support construction and engineering activities.
• Shipment Oversight : Track and monitor shipments, working with vendors and transportation providers to resolve any issues and ensure on-time delivery.
• Inventory Control : Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor material usage, and collaborate with site teams to ensure adequate supply levels are maintained.
• Documentation : Prepare and manage shipping and receiving documents, such as bills of lading, packing lists, and delivery receipts, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Site Collaboration : Work closely with engineering and construction teams to understand material needs and priorities, providing logistical support to meet project deadlines.
• Communication : Act as a liaison between the project site, suppliers, and logistics providers, facilitating effective communication to resolve logistical challenges.
• Problem Solving : Identify and address logistical issues proactively, implementing solutions to minimize disruptions to project timelines.

Ideal Background

Education : Associate degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

Experience : 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, preferably in a construction or engineering environment.
