Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various mechanical and electrical systems.
- Conduct residential painting tasks to maintain the aesthetic appeal of facilities.
- Fabricate components as needed for repairs or improvements.
- Troubleshoot and repair logic controllers and other automated systems.
- Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Provide facilities maintenance support, including plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests.
Skills
