Qualifications
- BA/BS
- 10 years of experience in business / management /performance consulting, process improvement, strategy, financial management, or a related field.
- MA/MS degree may be substituted for one year of experience.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPT, PMP, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) may also be substituted for one year of experience.
- Proficient user of MS Office Suite including Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
- USA Citizen
- Successfully complete DHS Suitability process
- Proven work history of confidentiality and discretion
As Program Manager, you will be responsible to complete and perform the following requirements:
- Assist the OES Front Office with management and oversight of the OES Divisions and their respective projects.
- Work across multiple projects to highlight, identify, and build on interdependencies within OES.
- Work with the OES leadership to assist their management of individual projects.
- Assist in the facilitation of communication between cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with Division Directors to ensure that programs/projects align with OES overall strategy and management plan.
- Work with OES Leadership to develop a robust communications plan to deliver, monitor and manage internal and external communications.
Anticipated responsibilities related to the Executive Administrator portion of this position include:
- Provide high-level administrative support to key stakeholders and department leaders within KMO offices including:
- Calendar Management
- Travel Arrangements
- Correspondence and Communication
- Meeting Support
- Information Management
- Project Support
- Administrative Support:
