About the Role :
We are seeking a highly motivated HVAC Apprentice Pre-Apprentice to join our team at Harker Heating & Cooling, Inc. As an HVAC Apprentice Pre-Apprentice, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced technicians in the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems in new construction projects. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a pre-apprenticeship program in HVAC or related field
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

As an HVAC Apprentice Pre-Apprentice, you will utilize your technical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems to assist in the installation and maintenance of systems in new construction projects. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential in this role, as is the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
