Job Details
Shift : A shift (M-F 0800-1630)
On call requirements : Will rotate Emergency call with other staff US technologists. Depending on regular staffing, call requirements will vary per week.
Skills required : Must be proficient w / OB, Breast, Vascular, Prostate, US guidance in OR, routine US exams including (abdomen, pelvis, etc.)
Machine experience required / preferred : GE Loqiq E9, GE Logiq E10
Ideal traveler experience : Positive attitude, good with patients, open to teamwork with staff techs, flexible and willing to adapt to patient / facility needs along with department and provider preferences / expectations.

Proof of 2 MMR vaccinations or a positive titer are required prior to start. If low / equivocal provide proof of first dose to start. 2nd dose required within 28-30 days of first dose.
Positive titer or proof of 3 Hep B vaccine series or declination can be accepted.
The flu vaccine is required. Subject to change at facility’s discretion. Religious and Medical exemptions are accepted w / proper documentation and approval which should include signed written statement or Dr. signed documentation and reasoning for exemption. Flu requirement is that it must be done or exempted by 12 / 31.
Annual Physical or Physician note / statement within 1 year prior to start. Signed by a MD, DO, PA or NP. Must state clear to work; free of restrictions. Must be completed annually as either a new physical or health statement.
Proof of 2 Varicella vaccinations or a positive titer are required prior to start. If low / equivocal provide proof of first dose to start. 2nd dose required within 28-30 days of first dose.
Valid 10 years from the administered date. Td will not be accepted. Declinations are acceptable.
If positive TB record; Requires Proof of Chest X-Ray with in last 5 years to be accompanied by TB questionnaire.

100 Miles radius is in effect for all submissions.
Unit Specific Information
Unit specific to the contractor’s scope of practice within one year prior to start date; renewed annually.
Additional Details
2 references required; 1 Charge or Higher; 1 must be supervisor reference.
Background checks must be within 30 days prior to start. 7-year County of locations lived / worked in / in school, Nationwide Criminal, SSN Trace, and National Sex Offender, SAM, OIG, EPLS, OFAC, Education and Employment Verification, and Driving Record. Prefer all checks uploaded together.
