## Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to join our team at a private school specializing in special education. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students, particularly those with autism, and possess a passion for educating and supporting children.
## Duties
- Assist in implementing individualized education plans for students with special needs
- Support students in literacy education, math, and other subjects as needed
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement lesson plans
- Provide behavior management and support to ensure a positive learning environment
- Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to reinforce learning concepts
## Skills
- Experience working with children, especially those with autism or special needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
