Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and delivered within the required timeframe
  • Handle data entry and accounting tasks, including processing weekly payroll
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and retention
  • Submit and file invoices, serving clients, vendors, and other walk-in customers by welcoming and directing them appropriately
  • Provide administrative support to field and office personnel, receiving, sorting, and dispersing mail
  • Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, scanners, phone systems, and computers
  • Answer phones, providing basic information and transferring callers as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of payroll and/or general administrative experience required
  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory
