Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and delivered within the required timeframe
- Handle data entry and accounting tasks, including processing weekly payroll
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and retention
- Submit and file invoices, serving clients, vendors, and other walk-in customers by welcoming and directing them appropriately
- Provide administrative support to field and office personnel, receiving, sorting, and dispersing mail
- Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, scanners, phone systems, and computers
- Answer phones, providing basic information and transferring callers as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of payroll and/or general administrative experience required
