Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Toddler Teacher to join our team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Educate children through play-based learning activities that encourage exploration and creativity.
- Manage the schedule and routines of multiple children daily.
- Provide individualized attention to students, ensuring their unique needs are met.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and development.
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to create a cohesive teaching approach and share best practices.
- Conduct regular assessments of student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
- Provide care for infants and toddlers as needed, including diaper changes and feeding.
Requirements
- Experience working with students in a preschool or childcare setting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice to effectively influence learning
- First Aid/CPR certification is a plus; willingness to obtain certification if not currently held.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to various learning styles.
- Experience in infant care and toddler care is beneficial for this role.
- A nurturing attitude and patience when working with young children in a classroom setting.
