As a Social Worker at The Allure Group, you would be part of awinning team doing meaningful work to improve the quality of life, health, andcomfort of residents.
Social Worker Responsibilities
- Ensurethat the medical, social, and emotional needs of each resident are provided for
- Worktogether with other staff to identify potential difficulties for residents
- Serveas a resident advocate
- Providecrisis intervention, counseling, or other services to residents and families
- Assistnew residents and families in the initial adjustment phase
- Workwith residents and families on planning discharges
- Actas a liaison to Federal, State, and local agencies providing service to theresident community
- Maintaina productive working relationship with other department supervisors
- Coordinatesocial services to assure the daily social services can be adequately provided
