- Organize the factory layout to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Manage goods in, goods out, and materials inventory
- Oversee the despatch team to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the despatch area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in despatch management or a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of packing techniques and materials handling
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
