Job Summary
Harley-Davidson is seeking an Executive Producer responsible for managing multiple photography and video productions supporting the overall Brand team. The role of Executive Producer is embedded in the global brand team: a multidisciplinary group of designers, illustrators, photographers, editors, producers, motion graphics artists, and strategists. We support and collaborate with our peers in Retail, Apparel & Licensing, and Parts & Accessories. This includes managing all aspects of on-set, studio, and on-location productions, from overseeing the concept stage to delivery. This role requires the ability to accurately assess the complexity and creative needs of a project to assign or hire the appropriate resources
for the job.
It also requires the ability to work cross-functionally with our internal partner teams, talent, creative directors, and external vendors throughout the life of the projects. This position works directly with the production crews to obtain production schedules, estimates, budgets, and talent —and requires the ability to pivot and adapt on demand.

- Lead a team of producers, establishing sustainable, repeatable processes that drive productivity and operational excellence.
- Oversee & manage production budgets, timelines, and logistics:
- Request and analyze bids from external vendors for content production.
- Build and manage highly detailed production budgets that remain consistent across all projects.
- Navigate talent casting, location scouting, and permitting.
- Develop production books, schedules, call sheets, and shot lists.
- Oversee logistics, including flights, hotels, and rental cars.
- Maintain complete production files for historical reference, including legal releases and negotiated usage rights.
- Develop and refine processes to increase productivity without a decrease in quality and contribute to initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Work well as part of a team and embrace team success.
- Represent the department in meetings.
Bachelor's Degree Required
Education Specifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Film, Graphic Design or related.
- 8 years of production experience at a creative-driven company.
- Outstanding creative sensibility with a proven track record of producing industry-leading work.
- Possess and encourage high degrees of initiative, drive, energy, accountability, creativity, and professionalism.
- Passion and knowledge of the latest industry trends (music, media, distribution, directors, film, tech, etc.) and willingness to teach/foster junior production teams and manage key pieces of business.
- Solid understanding of the creative process and what it takes to deliver creative excellence in production and post-production.
- Superb problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Existing, best-in-class production relationships plus a talent network to consider and recommend for freelance needs when required.
- Passion and knowledge of the latest industry trends (music, media, distribution, directors, film, tech, etc.) and willingness to teach/foster junior production teams and manage key pieces of business.
- After-hours work and overnight travel to shoots and post-sessions are required (an average of 10 travel days a month).
