Duties include but are not limited to:
- Proactively engage with customers to sell Harley-Davidson merchandise including riding gear, apparel, home accessories, etc., suggest special promotions, ask for the sale, overcome objections, and more!
- Stock merchandise and ensure displays are appealing and clean
- Assist customers with merchandise returns
- Develop relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales and referral business
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications – Sales Associate:
- Motivated to succeed with good sales, customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, positive, and honest with a good work ethic and professional appearance
- Good computer and organizational skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for motorcycles and adventurous outdoor activities is a plus!
