SEASONAL Sales Team Member
Harley-Davidson of Lynchburg is looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our sales team for the 2025 Riding Season! This is a seasonal position—perfect for someone who loves motorcycles and thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
What You'll Do:
- Provide a friendly, high-energy motorcycle sales experience using our dealership sales process.
- Engage and build rapport with guests, guiding them through the bike fitment and demo process.
- Ride and facilitate demo experiences with customers.
- Meet or exceed realistic sales goals while maintaining top-notch customer service.
- Log guest interactions and follow up using a CRM system.
- Participate in daily sales training, team meetings, and dealership events.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 year experience in automotive or motorcycle sales.
- Must have a motorcycle endorsement and ability to push/move bikes 900 lbs.
- Outgoing, motivated, and passionate about motorcycles.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Finance and Insurance experience is a plus.
