Summary
We are a growing dealership with multiple locations. Accounting Assistant responsibilities include daily accounting tasks to support our financial team.
Essential Duties
Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
Journal Entries.
Prepare bank deposits.
Audit spreadsheets for accuracy.
Maintain digital and physical financial records.
Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed.
Monthly Reporting.
Maintain Inventory records (receiving, flooring, auditing, transferring)
Skills
Auditing ability
MS Excel and accounting software
Organization skills
Ability to prioritize tasks
Education and / or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-year related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Talon accounting platform : 1 year (Preferred)
Bookkeeping : 1 year (Preferred)
Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
