Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and detail motorcycles to ensure they meet high standards of presentation.
- Perform buffing and polishing to enhance the appearance of vehicles.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing cleaning or detailing.
- Assist overall dealership cleanliness.
- Support customer service efforts by providing a welcoming environment through cleanliness.
- Maintain detailing equipment and supplies to ensure readiness for use.

Requirements
Qualifications & Job Requirements
Proven experience in detailing or automotive cleaning services preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for maintaining vehicle aesthetics.
- Excellent customer service skills to enhance client interactions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
- Familiarity with buffing techniques and cleaning products is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Able to pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening.
Physical Demands
- The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
- Requires the use of both hands.
- Occasionally requires the ability to balance and push a 900 lb. motorcycle.
- Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, handle tools, and lift 45 lb. of material.
Working Conditions
- Frequently works near moving mechanical parts.
- Is potentially exposed to battery acid, gasoline, chemical cleaning materials or other toxic materials commonly found in a motor vehicle service department.
- Occasionally, exposed to exhaust fumes or other airborne particles.
