Job Title: Part-Time Clerical

Position Overview:
As a Part-Time Clerical Assistant at Harley-Davidson, you will provide essential administrative and office support to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role involves managing various clerical tasks, assisting with customer inquiries, and supporting the day-to-day functions of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records in internal systems.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication from customers and internal teams.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and assist with other calendar-related tasks.
- Process orders, returns, and other customer service-related functions.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing or tracking expenses.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and other administrative paperwork.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Perform other clerical duties as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in clerical, administrative, or office support roles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for the Harley-Davidson brand and its products is a plus.
- Must have a valid US government issued Driver's License, safe driving record and eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.
Work Schedule:
- Tuesday- Friday
- Part-time role 20-25 hrs./ Weekly
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
