- This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Service Dept.
- Ensuring that our customer needs and expectations are being met at every turn.
- Supervision of MMI certified technicians including OJT.
- Create and implement procedures.
- Maximize technician's skill levels.
- Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Must have Motorcycle Experience Harley-Davidson Preferred.
