Our Powertrain Operations facility, located on Pilgrim Road in Menomonee Falls, WI, is where the “jewel” of the motorcycle comes to life. Pilgrim Road employees produce engines and transmissions for the final assembly plant in York, Pennsylvania, as well as transmissions, and replacement parts for sale through Harley-Davidson® Genuine Motor Parts and Accessories business. Job Summary
Leads the sites overall manufacturing operations initiatives and facilitates proper execution of operational goals. Oversees operational areas and is accountable for daily execution of the system. A member of site leadership executing business strategy. A critical role within the help chain supporting effective and efficient resolution for escalating items with a pulse on rotation groups.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversees continuous improvement using lean manufacturing with a strong discipline to systems execution.
- Builds strong employee and labor relations to ensure a high-level of engagement.
- Achieves plant goals and initiatives affecting safety, quality, cost, delivery, people and sustainability.
- Implements and supports policies, programs and initiatives.

- Bachelor's in Engineering or Business Degree Preferred
- MBA Preferred
Experience Requirements
Required
- Typically requires a minimum of 12 years related experience. Minimum of 5 years of management experience.
