We have an exciting leadership opportunity to lead the Commercial Organization for LiveWire. This is a VP role with ultimate responsibility for providing a world-class customer experience across a complex set of possible journeys. This role will be responsible for growing sales by keeping the organization aligned to shared goals and increasing customer conversion through the integration of the following:
Owned Experiences: Develop the customer experience at the LiveWire’s owned experience centers that introduce customers to the brand to build awareness and consideration.
Retail Partner Network: Drive the performance of the strategic partners in the Retail Network to reflect the LiveWire brand ethos and support their efforts to attract customers and grow sales. Manage our current retail partners and execute a strategy to grow the network.
Central Command: Provide leadership to our central support function comprised of the LiveWire ‘Gurus’ that guide our customers through each stage of the customer journey and support our retail partners in the field.
Digital: Partner with the digital team to develop pathways that support the customer journey. Create experiences that allow customers to choose their path to engage with the brand and purchase vehicles on their own terms.
Marketing: Partner with the LiveWire Marketing team to directly connect marketing efforts online and in the field to the broader efforts to grow revenue.
Position Requirements
- Demonstrates a passion for retail and the customer experience. Possesses retail environment experience and knows how to deliver the complete package to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and growth. Experience creating and driving a customer-centric culture throughout an organization. A thought leader in the retail space.
- Practices astute decision making and calculated risk-taking for the benefit of the business. Launches new ideas through passionate curiosity and the ability to lead change. Ability to drive innovative thinking with a propensity to think beyond the existing business.

Must display strong verbal and written presentation skills including the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and to tailor critical messages and presentation style to multiple audiences. Ability to develop rapport and credibility across the organization and promote ideas persuasively.
- Be or become an advocate and supporter of electric and the EV riding experience.
