The Harley-Davidson Motor Company Product Development Center (PDC) located in Wauwatosa, WI is home to the mantra - You dream it. We build it. Join our team as a Staff Software Engineer - Engine Controls (Hybrid).
Job Summary
In this position, you will lead the development and delivery of engine control software features that meet or exceed program level requirements and provide regulatory compliance. You will work with an experienced cross-functional engineering team to own the delivery of the software feature from initial algorithm selection, through implementation, and validation. And you will look beyond just the immediate project scope and requirements to guarantee that software features align with future technology trends and partner with advanced engineering team to prepare roadmaps to enhance current features as well as deliver new features and functions.

- Develop and deliver model-based design (MBD) functions in the engine control module from concept to production.

Education Specifications
This position requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
Master's degree preferred.
Experience Requirements
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of relevant design engineering experience in a related field. In addition, they will have demonstrated the following :

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
