Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Cart Attendant to join our team. As a Cart Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our cart area. The ideal candidate will have experience in events management, customer service, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Greet members in a friendly and professional manner
- Retrieve and organize carts from the parking lot
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cart area
- Assist members with loading and unloading their carts
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor the cart area for any safety hazards or maintenance issues
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation
Experience:
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in events management, customer service, or related fields
- Cash handling experience is preferred
- Hospitality or food service experience is beneficial
- Conflict management skills to handle difficult situations with members
