Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient primary care services, including routine check-ups, chronic disease management, and acute illness evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on preventive care strategies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and best practices in outpatient care.
