What are the responsibilities and job description for the Table Games Floor Supervisor position at Harlow's Casino Resort - Greenville, MS?
Oversee gaming operations and personnel in an assigned area. Circulate among tables and observe operations; May explain and interpret operation rules of house to guests when acting as Floor Supervisor.
Include, but are not limited to:
- Explains and interpret house rules, such as game rules and abetting limits for guests.
- Monitors and verify the counting and distribution of currency and chips.
- Monitors games operations to ensure that house rules are followed and that team member’s prompt and courteous service.
- Observes guests behavior for signs of cheating such as marking, switching or counting of cards and report this to the Shift Supervisor.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
