The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of litigation experience with superior legal writing and research abilities, exceptional client service skills, and a strong desire to take a lead role in case handling. Candidates must be barred in DC, Maryland, or Virginia. This is an excellent opportunity for immediate first-chair experience and exposure to all aspects of case management including depositions, motions practice, settlement negotiations, and trials in state and federal courts in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Position is hybrid. Remote work is an option for the right candidate.
