About the role:
- Pre-sales/Solutions head for Consumer vertical
- Enterprise Architect playing CTO role driving innovation and solutions with C-suite to grow the business
- Will be involved in large scale digital transformation projects to the tune of 10 Mn
- Participate in driving strategy and pre-sales for growth of Consumer vertical
- Pre-sales and solution architect, able to run pre-sales activity along with sales
- Creating sales pitches for the sales team and sales consultants
- Analyzing potential markets prior to the launch of a Solutions/Product
- Working with the marketing team during strategy meetings
- Providing product knowledge to assist the sales team during presentations or meetings with clients
- Growing strategic accounts in long run, build strategy for deeper penetration into the accounts
- Responsible for proactive proposals in multiple customers
- Ownership of $25Mn revenue numbers to grow existing/new customers
- Assisting customers with technical inquiries or concerns
- Guiding clients in developing cost justifications using realistic return on investment (ROI)
- Playing a bridge role between customer and delivery team.
- Helping customers drawing solution blueprint
- This role will report into vertical head for industrial and will have direct reports of upto 15-25 people mainly enterprise architects and business analysts.
- Leading the large-scale Digital transformation
- Indirectly managing revenue of $50MN program delivery and 1000 team member
- creating value-added solution and services to help organizations achieve the dynamic and transformation goals in the Consumer vertical
- Lead pre-sales focused on Consumer Vertical transformation programs driving ROI conversation with C-Level executives and ensuring new deal wins
- Responsible for revenue/hunting numbers in the Consumer vertical
- Demonstrate leadership in managing global teams with driving farming revenue in a select set of accounts
- Driving account growth plan, defining strategy for account level growth and owning it
- driving vertical-level strategy for business growth
- 25 years of relevant experience in driving Digital transformation in the Consumer segment.
- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent degree
- Well-versed with the latest technologies awareness and hands-on experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proposals drafting and Presentation skills
- Creating high-level architecture to bring stakeholders on the same page
- Driving Market research and help in driving strategy for growth considering latest market trends
- Post-graduation in engineering or MBS
- Willing to ravel 30% of time for customer discussions both domestic and international
- Prior experience in the Consumer domain with developing the strategy, driving pre-sales, deeper understanding of market to drive solutions/offerings, drive farming in select strategic accounts and overall drive growth
