We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for managing all field activities, including coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and labor, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Oversee and manage the daily operations of construction sites, ensuring the project runs smoothly and is completed on schedule.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor on-site construction staff, including laborers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all work performed on-site is of the highest quality and adheres to industry standards.
- Safety Management: Enforce strict safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for all personnel on the site. Conduct safety meetings and site inspections regularly.
- Scheduling: Develop, maintain, and monitor the project schedule to ensure timely completion of all tasks.
- Budget Management: Work with project managers to ensure that projects stay within the allocated budget.
- Communication: Maintain constant communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to project progress.
- Compliance: Ensure that all work is compliant with local regulations, codes, and permits.

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of [5] years as a Construction Superintendent, preferably in multi-family, commercial office, or K-12 education.
- Education: A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required). Experienced carpentry also considered education.
- Certifications: OSHA certification, First Aid/CPR, and other relevant safety certifications are preferred.
- Skills:
o Strong leadership and communication skills
o In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
o Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
o Proficiency in construction management software is preferred; Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Buildertrend, or Primavera
o Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
o Experience working with city and county code officials
- Physical Requirements: Ability to walk construction sites, lift materials, and manage physically demanding tasks as needed.
