Job Description: The primary purpose of your job is to assess resident's needs, develop an individualized care plan, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care.
You will follow all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice set forth by our administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.
