Harmonic is excited to be working exclusively with a with rapidly growing SaaS start-up that are looking for a Director of FP&A to lead their finance team.
This incredibly innovative business was founded in 2021 by second-time startup founders and ex-Uber and Netflix lead engineers after they successfully exited their previous business. In just a couple of years they have built some of the most disruptive enterprise dev-ops tools in their space and are backed by very reputable VC firms.
After securing a significant Series A funding round, this company tripled its ARR last year and doubled its team size. They’re on track to sustain this momentum, aiming to reach nearly $30M ARR by the end of 2025.

The Role :
This position will be the number one role in finance and have a lot of exposure to the C-suite reporting directly to the CEO.
You will be responsible for leading a best-in-class FP&A function and playing a pivotal point in facilitating consistent growth across business.
We are looking for an incredibly commercially astute with an exceptional knowledge of SaaS metrics and how to turn these into actionable insights.
Duties :
- Building out a high performing FP&A function
- Extensive liaising with stakeholders and providing commercial data and insight to support internal departments.
- In depth analysis of company performance, including identifying key KPI’s and SaaS metrics to help identify areas of opportunity.
- Responsible for all financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities
- Developing and maintaining financial models for revenue, product, cost, sales ops etc
- Business partnering with operations and sales teams to improve internal reporting processes
- Liaising with external stakeholders to support expansion including building board packs and support future fundraising activity
- Manage the relationship with the external outsourced accounting group
- Ad hoc strategy projects
