The Role
As a member of our leadership team, you'll report directly to our experienced SVP of Finance and be responsible for building out our FP&A function.
You'll own the development of our forecasting and budgeting process, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive improved decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Establish strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Work closely with the CEO as an Executive Business Partner to drive strategic planning and growth initiatives.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insights.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain accurate dashboards and reports to inform business decisions.
- Partner with the Data Analytics team to refine forecasting models and improve accuracy.
- Prepare the business for future funding rounds by developing robust financial plans and projections.
Requirements
- Background in Investment banking, VC/PE firms, or Corporate Finance/M&A advisory experience.
- Exceptional financial modeling skills and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- High level of commercial acumen and ability to think strategically.
