What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server/Bartender position at Harmonic Hospitality Group?
At The Stuffed Olive our team members don’t just take orders and serve food and beverages, they are responsible for taking our guests experience to the next level! You put on the show and previous experience is required! You will be working in a fast-paced, guest-centric, team focused environment with emphasis on:
Demonstrating genuine hospitality
Guiding guests through a menu tour while highlighting our unique specials
Taking accurate orders and partnering with fellow team members to serve food and beverages that exceed guests' expectations
Providing friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return
Mixing delicious cocktails and learning all recipes on the menu.
