Role Description:

We are looking for a Shipping and Logistic Assistant to join our team in San Jose. You will report to the Sr. Manager, Global Supply Chain Logistics.

Location:

Onsite in SJ

What you will be doing:

• Shipment tracking
• Closing orders in oracle
• Preparing Commercial invoices
• Limited handling of cargo, more desk work.
• Creating UPS shipments on web for shipping
• Working with different people within the organization on shipping requirements.

What you need to succeed:

• 3 years of experience working in a similar role
• Knowledge of oracle.
• Generation on international shipments on UPS.
• Tracking of international shipments.
• Outgoing shipments
• Dealing with stuck shipments and working with carriers.
