Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain engaging web/mobile applications with a strong focus on quality and user experience
- Work closely with design and product teams to translate vision into reality
- Utilize AI-native tools (like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to accelerate development
- Take ownership of the product’s frontend experience, ensuring top performance and scalability
- Work cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- 3 years of hands-on relevant industry experience.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex native mobile or web apps.
- Experience with experimentation and iterative development processes.
- Proven work ethic, self-motivation, and a passion for building impactful products
- Experience collaborating with designers, including familiarity with Figma.
- Solid product sense, an eye for design, and a willingness to think critically about user experience.
- Experience with modern software development practices including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build and deployment processes, and testing.
- Proven track record operating successfully in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience with Expo and React Native
- Prior experience in collaborating with research teams or in a research-driven environment.
- Experience in developing products from concept to launch.
