Key Responsibilities :
- Multi-Branch Management : Oversee operations of 2-3 restaurant locations, ensuring each branch meets company standards and performance goals.
- Business Planning : Develop and implement restaurant business plans by analyzing market demand and identifying growth opportunities.
- Financial Management : Achieve budgeted revenues, control costs (including labor, food, maintenance, etc.), and maximize profitability through effective financial oversight.
- Budgeting and Forecasting : Prepare financial reports based on annual budgets for monthly forecasting, ensuring all goals and objectives are met.
- Operational Oversight : Establish and enforce policies and standard operating procedures to streamline operations and maintain high service quality.
- Team Leadership : Supervise branch managers and assistant managers, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team.
- Recruitment and Training : Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training processes, and provide ongoing career development opportunities for all staff members.
- Health and Safety Compliance : Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by enforcing sanitation standards, complying with health and legal regulations, and managing security systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work effectively in both front-of-house and back-of-house roles as needed, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.

Financial Acumen : Strong ability to read, analyze, and utilize P&L statements to drive business success. Bilingual Proficiency : Fluent in both English and Korean (speaking, writing, reading, and understanding). Organizational Skills : Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and locations efficiently. Adaptability : Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule based on business needs and manage cross-functional roles effectively. Technical Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and familiar with restaurant management software.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
