Role Summary
A recruiting agency is seeking a Site Operations Specialist (Korean Bilingual) to oversee on-site operations for Out-of-Gauge (OOG) cargo projects. This role involves managing daily truck deliveries, monitoring logistics activities, and ensuring effective communication with remote project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery Coordination: Oversee truck delivery schedules, assignments, and performance, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Daily Reporting: Prepare and submit progress reports outlining trucker activity, project milestones, and delivery status.
- Operational Oversight: Address on-site issues promptly, maintaining accurate records of cargo movements, inventory, and logistics activities.
- Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless on-site operations.
- Safety & Compliance: Monitor safety regulations and adherence to project guidelines for all transportation activities.
Qualifications
- Language Skills: Bilingual fluency in English and Korean.
- Organizational & Time Management: Strong ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients, drivers, and logistics teams.
- Preferred Experience: Background in logistics, trucking operations, or cargo project management.
