We are seeking a highly skilled Ocean Import Specialist to facilitate air and ocean import/export processes. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Korean and English, with strong Excel skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

We are seeking a highly skilled Ocean Import Specialist to facilitate air and ocean import/export processes. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Korean and English, with strong Excel skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with overseas agents to manage air import and export processes.
- Consolidate or deconsolidate shipments as needed for efficient logistics operations.
- Research and select vendors/agents, arranging timely ground transportation delivery.
- Monitor and update delivery status, communicating information to relevant parties.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and closing activities.
- Input service information into the internal system for accurate tracking.
- Prepare and report service activities to the Part/Team Manager(s).
- Troubleshoot customer inquiries and resolve issues as they arise.
- Assist with other projects as requested by management.
- Fluent in Korean and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Excellent Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, etc.).
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in both team and independent settings.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
