Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Planning Supervisor to lead and optimize warehouse operations, ensuring seamless efficiency and adherence to best practices. This role involves developing SOPs, managing KPIs, and supporting the launch of new warehouse facilities while driving cost control and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics to improve operational performance.
- Coordinate setup and provide support for newly established warehouse operations.
- Innovate and implement operational processes to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Lead training programs to enhance team skills and operational knowledge.
- Monitor performance and develop strategies to control costs and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of warehousing experience, with exposure to both B2B and B2C operations, as well as importing.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is preferred.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel within the USA (over 40% travel required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly desirable.
