Job Summary
The Harmony Chamber of Commerce Director works together with the membership to enhance and improve the economic, civic, and cultural interests of the town of Harmony.
- Community Engagement: You'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the town's economic, civic, and cultural interests, directly impacting the quality of life in Harmony.
- Event Management: Organizing and overseeing events and projects will allow you to showcase your creativity and organizational skills, engaging both locals and visitors.
- Networking: Collaborating with other area Chambers and civic organizations provides a chance to build strong professional relationships and expand your network.
- Leadership: As the Director, you'll lead the coordination of Visitor Center staffing and communicate effectively with the Membership, honing your leadership and communication skills.
- Flexible Schedule: The flexibility around events, seasonal tasks, and workflow offers a balanced work-life dynamic, accommodating various personal and professional needs.
