Harmony Biosciences is recruiting for a Senior Manager, Training & Development in our Plymouth Meeting, PA location. In this role you will be responsible for the development and delivery of the new hire training and continuous learning programs for field sales teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of adult learning principles, curriculum design and development, training delivery and an aptitude for learning technologies such as Learning Management Systems, Virtual Classroom platforms, mobile learning applications.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- New Hire Sales Training Program Development: Primarily responsible for working closely with Field Sales and Marketing leads on the development and implementation of the sales training curriculum This includes Phase 1-Phase 4 training programs as well as POA meetings.
- New Hire Sales Training Delivery: Will be the primary facilitator for all new hire classes and pull through of learning programs. Responsible for the logistical aspects of delivering new hire training programs; Planning, Scheduling, Materials Management.
- Training Content Development: In collaboration with key stakeholders, responsible for the continuous refinement of all training materials utilized in all training events.
- Continuous Learning: POA and advanced product and skills training
- Training Technologies: Support of learning platforms: Brainshark, Allego, Veeva CRM
- Participates in brand team meetings and partners with brand team members to develop and execute POA training workshops.
- Promotional Review Committee (PRC): Uploads, annotates and edits all sales training materials via the Veeva Vault PromoMats system. Attends weekly PRC online meetings.
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Teaching Certificate/Instructional Design Degree or Masters in Education or Adult Learning preferred
- 5 Years Sales Training or equivalent experience within the Pharmaceutical / Biotech Industries; Rare Disease/Specialty in Neurology experience strongly preferred or Field Sales Experience preferred
- Exposure to designing and implementing programs and initiatives from needs analysis through evaluation, including change management, stakeholder management and project management.
- Experience providing adult learning and facilitation to large groups both in person and virtually; strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical technical training curriculum design.
- Proficient in the use of video and audio editing, PowerPoint, Computer, Audio/Visual equipment proficiency and Virtual Classroom proficiency (Adobe Connect, Zoom, Team, etc.)
- Domestic travel is estimated to be 20% of the time for this position.
- While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include: Close vision.
- Manual dexterity required to use computers, tablets, and cell phone.
