This is an exciting opportunity for a PT, PTA, SLP, OT or COTA to join our team as Director of Rehab!

DOR Responsibilities:
- Lead, orient and mentor all therapy staff
- Review all relevant data and utilize clinical judgement to ensure appropriate delivery of therapy care to maximize outcomes and met desired goals at discharge.
- Demonstrate strong clinical knowledge and understand the role of rehabilitation for all therapy disciplines.
- Prompt preparation and delivery of ad hoc reports
- Projects a positive professional image at all times.
- Reports to work o time and coordinates the schedule to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Engage in recruiting and interviews, employee development, goal setting constructive feedback and, corrective action plans and perform appraisals.
- · Adheres to established confidentiality standards

- Work pro-actively to manage and build PRN pool, contact and schedule as needed
- Participate in facility and company meetings
- Ability to analyzes interpret and achieve budget expectations on a consistent basis
- Assure staff all understand and are compliant with the Federal, State and Local laws, rules and regulations related to therapy service delivery
- Provide a safe environment to utilize tools and equipment in a safe manner complying with all infection control, universal precautions and standards for the healthcare professional
- ·Develop professional working relationships with staff, facility team members, residents, and resident family members
