- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions
- Collaborate with managers to address employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR best practices
- Support strategic planning initiatives by providing HR insights and recommendations
- Assist in project management activities related to HR initiatives
- Handle data entry tasks related to HR systems and processes
- Manage contracts with external vendors and service providers
