```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team. As the HR, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of human resources management and supporting the business operations. This role requires strong skills in SAP, performance management, strategic planning, project management, contract management, data entry, paylocity, recruiting, and social media management.

```Responsibilities```
- Manage and maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions
- Collaborate with managers to address employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR best practices
- Support strategic planning initiatives by providing HR insights and recommendations
- Assist in project management activities related to HR initiatives
- Handle data entry tasks related to HR systems and processes
- Manage contracts with external vendors and service providers

```Skills```
- Proficient in SAP or other HRIS systems
- Strong knowledge of performance management principles and practices
- Excellent strategic planning skills
- Proven experience in project management
- Familiarity with contract management processes
- Solid understanding of human resources management principles and practices
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills
- Experience with Paylocity or similar payroll software
- Demonstrated ability to effectively recruit and onboard new employees
- Proficient in social media management for recruitment purposes
